Analista Senior de Remuneraciones y RRHH (cód.202)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end compensation process for employees in Chile, Peru, and Bolivia, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
  • Includes the assessment on contracts, health provider, DT and other related information.
  • Administer and maintain accurate records of salary and benefits information for all employees in the three countries. Includes to keep updated employee information and documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with the Human Resources and Finance departments to ensure consistency and efficiency in compensation-related processes and it’s audits.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in alignment with local labor laws and company objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the Human Resources department to support HR initiatives such as performance management, talent acquisition, and employee relations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of previous experience as a Compensation and HR Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Solid knowledge of labor, compensation, and HR legislation in Chile and Peru, and desirable knowledge in Bolivia.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
  • Office 365.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary and multicultural team.
